Built on the Immutably™ enterprise-grade Data Fabric, the Climate Action Engine brings trusted intelligence to methane emissions monitoring.

Together with our partners at RMI, the CAE models and visualizes methane emissions from oil and gas industry operations in West Texas’ Permian Basin, one of the most historically productive regions in the world. RMI’s deep expertise and experience bring context to Asset Grade Data-enabled insights.

Climate Action Engine Impacts

The energy sector, including oil and gas industries, are working through a number of existing and emerging compliance and voluntary climate rules, such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and Pollution Prevention Act. These rules are in addition to various stages of maturity in the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNCCC).

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. The Climate Action Engine will address the following UNSDGs. Click on each icon to learn more about the goal.
